Food was okay but the service and atmosphere was horrible. Server with blonde hair just grunted at me and there was also someone behind the counter with outdoor clothes on and a back pack on which is very unhygienic!!
Tables was a mess and floor was disgusting

I Always go to Greggs in the Morning to get my Coffee which is Always a Latte.The Staff are always Friendly and it provides a Good Service.

Can never go wrong with a Greggs! Always decent selection, this Gregg?s can be busy and have constant footfall so will always be making fresh batches of pastries. Ofc sausage roll and steak bake are solid options!

Disappointed - Bought 2 sausage rolls from the ?heated? counter, but they were cold - I might as well have bought the cold ones that were discounted. This is not the 1st time the food has been cold from here!

Service is often slow as the staff never show any urgency, also even when quiet they make no attempt to clean tables

I queued for over 15 minutes! Very slow and frustrating service. There was two people serving and they looked half asleep and couldn?t care less the queue was out the door and customers were unhappy with such a slow pace. It was basically EMPTY! Nothing in the displays as you walk in to grab a box of treats. Two different types of donuts available and a hand full of sausage rolls and two types of bakes which I asked for a chicken bake.
I Got served by a big lad in glasses. That looked at me like I was nuisance for wanting to buy 3 items!! So got a doughnut and two chicken bakes.
Finally got out of there and jumped into my car. As I took a bite I Immediately spat it out!!
It wasn?t chicken but sausage and bake bean bake. I can?t stand pork as it?s makes me sick (been like it since a kid). Disgusting and disappointed waiting all that bloody time to get served by a missable man just to bin what I paid for. I couldn?t be bothered to go back in as I knew I would have to wait ages to be served assuming the staff would even be switched on to help correct their mistake.
It?s a huge mess inside. Mess on the tables with rubbish and food. Disgusting place.

Completely understaffed, I went during lunchtime and had to wait 20 minutes in a queue while the 2 staff were busy baking and not able to serve customers. Eventually just had to leave without food as it was taking so long.

A bit disappointed with my Greggs experience today. I only wanted breakfast rolls and coffees but it took ages and then forgot one of my 2 breakfast rolls, this seemed to be a combination of inexperienced staff and a large order.

Can't comment on food but service is well below par. Stood at desk for five minutes and two staff ignored me whilst continuing to pack products into boxes. A simple will be with you in a minute would have helped. Sort your customer service out

Absolutely shocking on a Sunday if I walk in and see a certain employee serving I'll walk straight back out. Slow motion isn't the word for it, plus money is handled and food prepared no gloves or no hand washing discusting.

Greggs in didcot it?s actually a very nice place to order food from if in a hurry to go somewhere or if you want some hot food for a reasonable price. I often go there when i pass by for lunch and often get the sausage roll, and if im being honest its probably the best sausage roll i ever ate! but sometimes it can get very busy around meal times and once i had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the food after ordering as it was packed in there. but overall its a good place to go and get something to eat! Definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: They do have Vegetarian things you can pick out!

Recently been using the Abingdon branch as moved for work. They are not a patch on Didcot and the team there. I saw Alice covering the Abingdon Branch this morning, what a delightful start to the week! Alice is amazing! She is what all managers in Greggs should strive to be :) all the staff at Didcot are so friendly and lovely and will go out of their way to exceed your expectations!
