My son had 4 new tyres fitted end of February. Couple of days later we realised they were all overinflated to the point one went virtually flat. He has had to put air in one of them every few days as saying tyre pressure was low. Went back today to get them checked where they fitted a new valve at more cost. Has put us off using these again.

The man at the reception isn?t friendly the slightest, but that?s not important to me, but according to my multiple previous experiences with this man he always manages to find something to make you pay more, I came in knowing exactly what I want and it was changing a tire but he came out to tell me my wheel was cracked and needs welding which is not true because I welded my wheel last week, so I told him that, and he goes ?oh yeah it is welded but it?s not a done well?. its just dishonest of him to say cracked when it?s actually welded. So they finished the job and I left, after getting home I wanted to place the receipt with my car history to find out he wrote no guarantee on tire because wheel was cracked and customer was advised.He was lying obviously, but voided my guarantee because I saw through his lie.Anyway, avoid at any cost.

Appalling experience here this morning. Rude, patronizing man here and I suspect it was because I was a women. He epitomized why every women dreads dealing with these places. Kindness is free, you are a business and customer service is paramount - shame on you!

Used Didcot Tyres for many years / Always had Good advice and Great Service at very reasonable costs from Bernie and the team. They are the preferred supplier to Pipes & Wires. Fitting at short notice is a bonus and one of the few local places that do proper wheel alignment work not just a tracking check.

I had a tyre shred on me. Bmw grande coupé, so no spare. AA got me to Didcot tyres. Tyre was in stock, so got me in straight away, and out in 20 mins. Also, I went back the next day, and they torqued me nuts up as soon as I drove in. Good friendly bunch of lads, nothing to much trouble. Thanks guys...

Had a puncture, was told needed a new tyre, never showed me the tyre, then absolutely robbed me blind with a budget tyre, poor customer service, very rude, won't be using them again.

Only parked outside the place for 5 minutes before the guy came out being rude too me about being parked there absolutely not friendly at all (his reply is about limited parking make no mistake that he came out being absolutely nothing but rude) never had no intention of being polite or friendly whatsoever avoid this place at all costs. The owner is honestly so so rude you can see that he has no intention in being polite and instead of the usual polite ?can I help you with anything to day sir? you would get from most professional businessmen I was met with a very rude ?can I help you? then after I explained I was just waiting for my sister to arrive I was met with ?wellCan you go wait somewhere else? it?s not the fact you asked me too move it?s the fact you was incredibly rude too me what stood out.

Went here a few months ago after getting a nail in the tyre. I was with a young child and they fixed the trye really quickly so I didn't have to wait around. They also fixed the tyre rather than trying to get me to buy a new one. Couldn't fault the service and would definitely go back with any further problems.
Very quick and responsible price. Also friendly service. Nice one.

Just popped in and they managed to change my tyre and swap over the TPMS within the hour. Friendly fast service at a reasonable price
