These guys are real professionals. Took my American vehicle with a broken wheel stud. You pay a pretty penny for labour but the end result was phenomenal. Keep up the good work!

Very polite and communicative- rang us every time they were about to spend another penny on fixing the car and were extremely helpful in deciding when to stop and let the car go for scrappage. Strong recommend.

Took our VW T6 caravelle here for its 100k service to inc crankshaft seal replacement water pump and cambelt. Great communication from Jo at reception throughout the work and informed of any issues promptly. Really impressed with the service and at very competitive rates. Great work, will use again for next service and any required follow on works ?

Couldn?t believe how much that this garage can do for you!! My car had no power and I have no idea. Jo was very friendly and explain it all. My DPF(No idea what that was) had to be clean?.didn't know that could do that for me as other garages told me look online. Then as I was leaving. Needed MOT which they helped me. Use these guys all the time what I am saying

Had a slow puncture in the front passenger side tyre. They told me it was a sensor issue causing the leak so I gave the green light to replace/fix it.
After a few days, tyre pressure dropped massively, indicating the issue was not fixed.
Took the car back to the garage, they informed me they 'fixed' the wrong tyre, the rear passenger side.
I replied by saying I've essentially paid for their mistake and how would they rectify this. They informed me the same sensor issue was in the front passenger side tyre, so they would replace that free of charge but give no compensation for the mistake they made.
In my opinion, it seems to convenient that both sensors apparently broke. Yet the only slow puncture was in the front passenger side, not the rear.
They clearly didn't want to pay for their own mistake so decided to leave me, the customer, footing the bill for it. My parnter and I won't be returning to the garage and we advise others to look elsewhere before visiting Didcot Auto Centre.

Amazing garage! We had an emergency puncture on way to holiday with an infant. After visiting another local garage and being turned away this garage helped us immediately. Highly reccodmend. Helpful and friendly.

They were must helpful, when a VW main dealer in Poole caused the previously functioning air conditioning unit to fail during a routine service, then after a perfunctory apology said it would be a few weeks before they could fix it. Didcot Auto traders came to the rescue and got everything working again in a few days and enabled the planned holiday to go ahead.
