The quality of coffee is very much dependent on the barista. Most of the baristas are unfortunately not able to make Costa standard coffees. Costa should keep an eye on this store and truly train baristas. It has a potential to be a great place.
I visited this place again and please train baristas, they are not able to make flat white!

Person taking my order was on whatsapp/message whilst i was waiting to be served and then when i gave my order i had to repeat it three times
Barista who made my cortado didnt put the lid on properly, resulting in it spilling all inside my car.

Costa has come a long way in recent years to match the vibe and quality of Starbucks and Charlotte did an amazing job at this branch - you can tell she really enjoys her job, she is extremely efficient and keeps the queue moving - and she does it with a smile - a great example to others at Costa and elsewhere!

Kids serving. Served a cold coffee. Second one was like warm milk. Place was filthy with dirty cups everywhere. They ran out of cups so had to have paper cup. Not a good experience

It's a Costa we know what to expect ...needed to shelter from a downpour so it suited perfectly. I had a flat white, which was well made and nicely presented. The store looked well stocked and tidy. It was busy when I went in, but service was quick and efficient.

Nice people serving but this whole area is utterly souless. Millions of concrete pavers and cheap groundcover plants do not a community make.

Friendly staff who waited patiently for my Costa app to connect and the Barista put a Teddy bear on my Flat White coffee which was the best tasting Costa coffee ever. My partner had a raisin croissant which was very fresh and moist. We sat outdoors in the sunshine and had visited the clean conveniences. It was our first visit to this new part of Didcot and left a very good impression.

Orderrf an uber and items wasn't in stock had to cancel the order as advised and was made to pay £20 with no refund or products what a joke, uber eats say its not there issues and the same with costa!Beware you don't get scamed by either
