Unbelievable service from the guys at ATS.I hit a pothole, needed an urgent tyre replacement and despite being stackout they looked after me brilliantly.Big shout out to Lee for being an absolute star!Legend!

Good service and a great price. I was able to get some clearance stock which made the tyres affordable. It took about 35 minutes to get two tyres replaced, so quite quick too.

Great experience at Didcot branch from Leigh and team getting 3 tyres fitted. Had to order by phone as Didcot branch wasn't selectable via the website, but very helpful on the phone and website prices honoured.

I felt compelled to write a review after a terrible experience at ATS Euromaster?s Didcot branch. I had ordered a pair of front tyres for my car after calling the branch and discussing at length with the representative on the phone what was needed and confirming exactly what we wanted several times. I took the earliest available slot for getting them fitted.When I arrived I was told by Henry that there was only one tyre delivered. I was initially made to feel that I had made a mistake when ordering but my husband was on the call and can attest that we clearly ordered two. Excuses were then made that the call probably went through to a central call centre, which happens apparently when the branch is busy, though this is not something the call handler makes clear. I was told that all they could do was fit one tyre that day and I could order another but that it wouldn?t be possible to book it in for another week to complete the pair. I reluctantly accepted this after making clear that I felt let down and without really knowing how I?d find the time to make another trip.After agreeing to book my car in for the one tyre they had Henry returned to the front desk and announced that he was ?uncomfortable? taking the job on and that the best thing would be to cancel the order because he didn?t like the way I had spoken to him. I was gobsmacked. I had complained sternly, but had not sworn, raised my voice or insulted anyone. I am not a physically intimidating person so I can only assume he did not like a brown woman speaking her mind.So to summarise, after ordering two tyres by phone, only a single tyre was delivered. The staff only sought to deflect blame. Then when I expressed my dissatisfaction I was told that I was the one with the attitude problem. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, that can be forgiven, but the customer service here is appalling. That would be bad enough but I cannot remember a time when I felt more strongly that racism and misogyny played a part in the way I was dealt with.

Where do i start ! I went in to get the tracking done because i had fitted new wheels & tyres all round on my wife's car. It was the first time i had seen the tracking done in such an old fashioned way for a start but i was assured the tracking was only slightly out & would be sorted very quickly.As i drove the car home i noticed the steering wheel was off centre & the car was pulling to one side. I didn't have time to go back that day so my wife returned at the first opportunity to ATS but was told they were too busy & to come back in 4 days.I took the Friday off work as this was just not acceptable & I didnt even know if the car was safe to drive. I went that day to see them & ask for a refund or the job to be done straight away.They said they would sort it straight away so they did the tracking again & I was told it was now correct. I drove down the road & the steering wheel was still off centre & the car was still pulling.I went straight back there & they attempted it again & then they started to come up with random excuses that it must be an issue with the car. They did not fix it on the third attempt & i decided to take it to a Tyre company that knew what they were doing asap.2 days later i had the tracking done by professionals & it yes it was out & is now fine and there is no issue with the car ! I have attempted to contact ATS head office but not had a reply yet as i want a refund for this shocking job.The attached pictures are from the tyre company that sorted it out, ATS in Didcot do not give you a digital print out of before & after.DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR TRACKING HERE !In reply to the reply, I completed your online form a week ago & i have not had a reply ?

Worst service ever! Too slow and for a tyre replacement you will have to wait 2 days, even when you kindly ask for quicker service because of flat tyre. I went to Rich's side and they replaced my tyre instantly. Same experience a year ago as well. They obviously don't care much about customer servicing.

Great service!Had a slow puncture. Staff identified cause, repaired the the tyre and were honest, professional and efficient on time.Highly recommend them :)

At arrival, the garage cancelled my appointment as they'd been closed for unknown reasons the day before. Was re-scheduled for tyres and brakes the following day. On arrival the following day, I saw one of their staff injuring themselves - so I asked if he was okay first of all, to which they confirmed he was; although they'd only have time for the tyres. Fair enough, they did the tyres and rescheduled the brakes for the following week. Turned up to that appointment this morning, and they were closed and according to their website they're closed for the whole week. At no point did they contact me to advise; despite having my contact details.

Updated Feedback....... I had an appointment to have my tracking done at ATS Didcot but I received a phone call the day before asking to change it for a certain Saturday at 2pm to which I agreed too and I went all the way to the depot to find them closed which really annoyed me so my original praise has now been withdrawn until someone from ATS can explain why I was messed around and wasted my time and fuel

I always use ATS Didcot for my tyres and always get professional, fairly priced and friendly service. Today I took my car in to check the steering alignment having had issues after repairs at another garage. The man at ATS was so kind, honest and helpful and fixed it in less than half an hour. I am so grateful and will definitely be going back in the future.

Called in without an appointment on a busy Thursday afternoon with a flat (punctured) tyre without a spare. Although they were completely snowed-under, Dan couldn't do enough to get us on the road. Thanks Dan. Will definitely use you again.

Had two new front Goodyear tyres fitted here, checked tyre pressure on returning home to find nearside pressure 38psi, offside 47psi, both should have been 35psi, Also one of the wheel nut caps was missing, luckily I have some spare. Would have expected better from this company.
