We bought our house through Allen and Harris didcot. Millie, Lisa and the team there where great and supported us through the entire purchase. There were cases where communication among solicitors were failing us and Lisa made lots of efforts to ensure information was flowing to us and to the sellers and helped make the purchase a success. Millie went above and beyond from the very beginning to make sure we got a house we were happy to call home. It felt like she was genuinely invested in making sure we find the right place. We also used the services of Olivia Sword, the mortgage advisor there. The mortgage services do cost a small fee but it was immediately clear that it was worth it. Olivia was on-point with the entire process, with all the knowledge she has and her general proactiveness. With other mortgage advisors, I would have to chase down but Olivia was chasing us to make sure we had the best deals and everything sorted prior to exchange. I'm very impressed. I can confidently say that our experience with Allen and Harris was impeccable.

This is our second time purchasing a property through Allen and Harris and as always they have been very helpful, informative and friendly throughout. They were quick to respond and helped chase and keep things moving throughout the process.
We have also worked with their mortgage team on several occasion and these guys are great, really helpful and work with you to fit your requirements.

Although I did not end up renting with them (a matter of size only, the property was extremely well kept and lovely), I cannot but leave an extremely positive review to Allen and Harris, Didcot. In particular for the agent that showed us the property, Briony Johns. Her relationship with the landlord and the way she was taking care of the house were so awesome to witness, it truly gave us the sense of profound work ethics, care and passion. I have not met any other real estate agent that showed the same commitment. Five stars absolutely deserved.
