In total it?s good shop with great price
But twice been charged for the car park first time didn?t have receipt could not appeal,
Second time have receipt and try to appeal and just have answer didn?t not meet terms and no explanation nothing, as this common issue on the open shop year, people start to talk about it and someone told me you should check in your car reg, when you finish shopping, okay that my bad(didn?t know about it) but I have receipt on my name from my bank card, they could cancel that ticket but no

Was helped by a nice young lady ( blond hair ) didn't get name, helped me and wife x 2 times Excellent service. By telling us the Milk has just been delivered and bringing it out shortly and then I asked her for Dog food tins in Jelly ( as shelf only had packs in Gravey ) ...
She was so so helpful that she went out back and brought us not us 1 pack , then went and got us another pack.
So helpful, so appreciated on that member of staff .

Great store, always neat and tidy most of the time, has prices correctly displayed, on most things. (Though I've found a few missing).
The staff have always been really friendly and plentiful. (especially a chap on the tills, with white hair and goaty beard, who's always laughing and joking, especially with the young children)
Better quality than Lidl, though the variety is nearly identical.
