The most amazing little find of 2020! I've treated myself all through lockdowns 1 and 2! Each time the happy parcels are individually wrapped to perfection and a little note is always enclosed. Highly recommended and cannot wait for the shops to be open so that I can visit wonderful Emily ?

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a necklace from here a couple of months ago, but recently the chain snapped. I emailed asking if I could purchase a replacement or one could be sent out to me, and within 24 hours, a replacement chain had been sent out, free of charge. Would highly recommend to anyone.
