We booked the Kings Arms a year in advance for the event in Cotswold via Booking.com. Three months before the event, The Kings Arms cancelled our reservation without explanation and notice, even though, there were communication Eastport via messages on booking.com profile. No warning is given, no explanation. Just cancelled booking. We found out 2 weeks before the event.

Well, it was generally okay, but a fare few cobwebs that could have been removed that kind of let it down a bit.
Early hours of the morning on the first night (3.20am) there was a loud shouting match between workers of the pub which went on for almost a hour.
Parking for four vehicles with a squeeze.
Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Manager (Barry) very rude and talks about his customers like trash. Even encourages them to drink drive as all he wants is their money (in his words). His partner was extremely rude to me and persecuted me for something I didn?t even do (that was just day 1). The cleaner and bar staff are extremely friendly and helpful on the plus side, they are lovely people and made our experience for our 7 day stay much nicer. Down side we couldn?t get much sleep. If it wasn?t staff with music and noise beneath our rooms until 3am it was bad set up of doors they need adjusting to stop them slamming so loud or road noise right under the windows. Walls are wafer thin between most rooms you can hear your neighbours fart. The locals on the weekend like to get drunk and try to antagonise a fight. Parking is dreadful. Barry likes to swear at his customers in a rude fashion. If you do stay here there are good local places to eat.
Low quality facilities. Showers rubbish. Taps barely work. Door frame would give way if you push the locked door hard. Not secure.
Fresh towels and soaps daily. Cleaning lady is a gem.

I never received a confirmation email and had to call to verify my prepaid booking, which was frustrating. Upon arrival, I was spoken to very rudely by the man who appeared to be the manager. He insisted I was checking in too late, claimed the place was fully booked, and told me to leave. I explained that I had booked weeks in advance and asked if anything could be done.
Eventually, he led me to the bar, where one of his staff members kindly helped check me in. While there, I witnessed him shouting at the bar staff for serving drinks after 9 PM, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
The room itself was fine, but the behavior of the manager was unacceptable. Regardless of how busy or stressed someone may be, there?s a basic level of courtesy that paying guests should expect. No one should be spoken to in that manner.

Absolutely amazing cannot recommend enough, we visited the Cotswolds in a camper van for the first time. The landlord Barry was so accommodating and lovely,we definitely will be back. Proper English pub vibes pool table,darts board and sky sports which my partner was happy about and the only pub in chipping Norton showing the football. The bar staff were amazing 10 out of 10 from us. Many thanks

Great little place, my room may have been small but it was lovely and had kept original structure, was very comfortable. Small downside is the only food available is pizza but there are plenty of places nearby to eat
