I have been going to this garage for over twenty years . I should have learnt my lesson when my card was cloned and used in kuala Lumpa some years ago . Just before Christmas I went in, filled up a small amount in cash . £15 . The cashier asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said no . 1st mistake . Over a month later got a letter from parking eye accusing me of doing a runner without paying with a photo of me standing by my car . I went to the garage immediately to explain the above and asked for cctv footage of me going into the shop to pay . Conveniently it is all deleted after a month . So now forecourt eye are threatening court . Well I look forward to seeing their evidence to disprove I have committed a criminal offence and that the untrustworthy staff are innocent of pocketing my cash .

Went in for petrol early this morning. A member of staff was sorting the papers between the door and till, blocking the way. No problem to step over but zero acknowledgement.
Paid cash, I said number 3 please, handed £20 to the cashier, he gave me the £5 change, I got a thanks but he made a point of looking in completely the other direction, then at the floor, continuously. Clearly trying to be rude for no reason, I took the note, said thank, he was still looking at the floor.
I will not be using this station again. Arrogant and rude staff who seem to despise their customers.

Just be careful and check your receipts?
I go to this petrol station weekly and have done for years. As such, I?m fully aware of the constant so-called ? human errors?.
Let me list a few I?ve encountered, you can decided.. I?m sure I?m not the only one;
-Scanning their own Shell loyalty card to build up personal points on fuel YOU?RE paying for.
-?Accidentally? charging full price for reduced items. Classic.
-Short changing you.
-Charging you more than what the petrol pump says.
-Daily/Weekly big increases on certain items. Prompting the question as to whether or not they?re pocketing the difference vs what Waitrose Shell normally retail that particular product for.
Sounds like quite a lot, I guess you start to build up quiet the list of noticeable ?errors? after a few years..

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Do not give this fuel station your business. They are constantly conning customers with pricing changes at the till and then pretend they don?t understand. Tonight I went in to purchase Adblue. I took a 10L container inside and he scanned it and said £48.80.. this product is £10 usually at all other Retailers! ABSOLUTLEY disgusting! I laughed and said you?re joking! And left the store after he tried to argue. Taking advantage of consumers and playing dumb when challenged! The operators of this franchise need removing asap they have been misleading customer in this community for years and operating card skimming scams previously! Shell need to remove their franchise asap! And everyone should avoid these con merchants and use the other fuel stations.
