Went in for petrol early this morning. A member of staff was sorting the papers between the door and till, blocking the way. No problem to step over but zero acknowledgement. Paid cash, I said number 3 please, handed £20 to the cashier, he gave me the £5 change, I got a thanks but he made a point of looking in completely... read full comment
