Absolutely brilliant customer service. We arrived unannounced whilst on holiday, having picked up a nail in one of our tyres. We only just managed to reach Chipping Norton, with the wheel in question almost running on the rim, but when I saw how busy they were I wasn't too hopeful they would be able to do anything. However, despite the fact that they were obviously rushed off their feet, once I explained to Bret that we had a 350 mile journey back to Edinburgh the next day, he came straight out, put the car on a jack, and within 25 minutes we had a permanent repair in the tyre, the wheel was back on, and we were off on our way. Thanks Bret. Tremendous work.

Over the years, I have always been impressed by Kwik Fit. Yesterday I booked in to their Chipping Norton branch: very efficient and friendly service, and at a reasonable price.
