Really poor service as a pharmacy and so bad it is worrying frequently I get my repeat prescription with items missing which you only find out about after you have driven home worse in the past ten times I have picked up my repeat prescription five times have items been opened and pills removed usually between 4 and 7 days medication pinched which is both very unprofessional and possibly against nhs rules as never should your boxed prescription have been randomly opened I plan to ask the CQC about this overall if you have a choice get down to Boots ... I also agree with other reviews where they point out it is utterly chaotic with 3 times the staff at Boots running around like busy Fools...

Absolutely horrendous experience almost every time I go here. My partner has tried ordering repeat prescriptions countless times and has been met with some of the rudest pharmacists we have ever experienced! They often talk to you in a patronising manner or hang up the phone completely. Plus half of the time his prescription is incorrect or weeks late and he?s only ordering inhalers. It?s not just my partner who has experienced these issues - my dad is currently being treated for cancer and has several medicines that are required on a daily basis. We have encountered endless challenges with the pharmacy never having his medication in stock or telling him that he hasn?t ordered a repeat prescription when he has. For someone who should be focussing on healing and staying calm, this pharmacy have made him feel stressed on more occasions than I can count and more often than not they try to shift the blame onto my dad. I am honestly quite fed up of how terrible the customer service and dispensing is. I highly recommend avoiding and going elsewhere

Really helpful, member of pharmacy team. I left my meds at our holiday destination. The person I spoke to on the phone was efficient and helpful. No problem in me collecting some meds today.Thank you, I really appreciate the excellent service!

The single star given to this review does not apply to Rashda who has always been incredibly helpful and always does her best to help. She along with one or two other members of staff are consistently excellent. Nor does it apply to the extended opening hours which are so welcome and differentiate this pharmacy from all the others in the town. However, anything great about this pharmacy is completely spoilt by the most awful levels of chaos in their operations. It is not uncommon to wait 30 minutes or more to collect repeat prescriptions, watching staff hunt through paper slips, computer records, shelves and boxes to find orders. Whatever systems are in place are shambolic and make life a misery for staff and patients alike. Pharmacists are never consistently present and don't know the systems, taking time away from staff. Pharmacists have been unhelpful, pushing problems about orders back to patients and not taking ownership, and are frequently poor communicators. There are clearly issues of communication within the business and with the doctors at the health centre. I am only leaving this review in order that whoever is accountable might finally realise there needs to be corrective action taken, both to help staff and patients. This is a management and leadership issue - where both seem to be lacking - and the impact on patients is too great to ignore, particularly anyone with mobility or cognitive challenges. There is such an opportunity to be great yet it feels like whoever is ultimately responsible doesn't care which is such a shame. Please, however hard it might be, take time to look at what's not working well and try to improve it, offer the opportunity to understand the issues by talking to customers, and do the right thing for your staff to make their already challenging role less frustrating.

Excellent pharmacy. Firstly without being asked explained how I could get discounted prescriptions through NHS prescription prepayment certificate, saving me a lot of money. Tonight Ash was brilliant getting my new prescriptions and explaining the instructions. Also then explained best medicine for my children. Such a great service and really friendly staff.

Only gave one star as couldn?t give anything less! Absolutely diabolical service I also witnessed an elderly gentleman being told to take a seat and wait then 25mins later to be told it?s not in stock! One of state of the art pharmacies shame it isn?t ran properly! No wonder topside pharmacy got an award you could learn a lot from them!!!

Great pharmacy, regularly use. If ever your prescription is out of stock, try MediPill in Deddington rather than leave negative reviews. These guys are trying to help the public and don't deserve the negative reviews. Keep up the excellent work!

staff is absolutely great thats true but the service is terrible. no notice if open or not or when theyre open, just been on the phone for 2 hours been told "theres one call ahead of you." gave up and went to the pharmacy just to see its closed. besids that i need to order my stuff almost two weeks ahead to get it in time when needes which is not always possible.

What a platinum service. My dad desperately needed his warfarin, our local pharmacy was shut; we live 9 miles from Chipping Norton. I called the pharmacy at Chipping Norton and spoke to Hannah and Chris. They were both incredibly helpful. Despite not having the product in stock Chris called another pharmacy for me and found they had it in stock. Chris called me back to inform me and arranged everything for me to go and collect the warfarin injection. Thank you so much.

Awful. A very rude and unprofessional member of staff attempting to answer my query but did not listen at all. Heard the word prescribing and totally focussed on that when that wasn't even the query. Quite rude and not helpful at all.

Cannot complain about any aspect of this pharmacy, Im relatively new here (3 yrs) and have used them from day one as I have several health issues. The staff are lovely and the pharmacists really pleasant and helpful. Sometimes they dont have all the medication in stock but Ive never not had enough to go home with and collect the balance owing from them the following day. A big thank you Chipping Norton Pharmacy, I would be lost without you.
