Took my car in for its allignment, after new wishbones, and they tracked it fine.Took it back recently because the rims were rubbing on the wishbones on full lock, and after having a look, they said they never messed with the wishbone bolts and I needed to take the car away, push the wishbone in and take it back to them...When in reality if they just set it up right and set the wishbones correctly I wouldn't have needed to come back.Half a job really, poor service, won't be going backBetter off going to Kwikfit up the road

Just wasted 50 mins on a round trip to the Carterton branch. I was 12 minutes late for my booking for wheel alignment. Was told by the guy on reception, who I think is the owner, "To be honest, we've taken on other work". No apology. Said to him that he could have called me but got no response. Came across this guy here before and thought he seemed a bit arrogant but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Have been buying tyres for two cars for a couple of years from this place but won't be doing anymore and I suggest anybody reading this doesn't either.

A wonderful team of people who go above and beyond just sorting tyres. My elderly Pops was stuck in my car and they all came to the rescue. Lovely people.
