Great food and service.

We went here for a late breakfast / brunch and were extremely happy with the food and service. This is very much a small diner / café with limited menu but very much met our requirements on the day. There is a wonderful windmill adjacent to the café but unfortunately it was closed for renovation so we will have to go another time.
Parking: Unless there was a sporting event on at the club, there would always be ample parking for the café and windmill.

Really lovely little village cafe. The ladies are friendly and bake everything themselves. Great for a coffee morning.

Have been to Whites lots of times and always enjoyed their hearty English breakfast. Unfortunately this would appear to have changed. Breakfast this morning was nothing short of diabolical. Inedible egg and sausage, cold beans, black pudding that defies description. Oh the bacon was at least edible. Strangely the tea was good but it was just a teabag in your cup to deal with yourself. I'm sorry Windmill Cafe and hope this was a one off with makeshift staff doing the cooking. Unfortunately I have no desire to repeat such a dreadful experience again so will be avoiding in future. If someone finds that I am wrong and it was simply a one off hitch then please let me know. I have a feeling however that the fact that we were the only couple there on a mid Saturday morning is because the people of Chinnor have already discovered that this is unfortunately no longer the place to go.

It's not bad they'll do you a sandwich or a burger. They don't have a big selection of meals

If you want to know how good the cooking in a cafe is then order eggs \nI had fried eggs and they were perfectly cooked: the white firm, not burnt and the yolks ruuny but cooked \nIt sounds like a simple dish to do but when done to this standard then it's quite special.\nThe two staff were super welcoming and I could see from the other customers that I was not the only one who rated the food

You need to know it?s here. Even when I parked up, I had to look around for the cafe (community centre). Very friendly service, I arrived at a busy time and fairly warned that there was a wait. Reasonable priced, gut buster breakfast with tea at £8. Food was tasty, hot and appetising. Bring your own marmelade as they were out. Worth a visit, be patient as food is worth it!

A great little pop-up cafe in the community centre. They do panini and burgers, but I think the all-day fried breakfasts are the real stars here. They do proper old-school greasy spoon breakfasts, with generous servings and everything made fresh to order. Plus, they have good quality ketchup and brown sauce in full-sized squeezy bottles on the tables, which I think makes a big difference. Prices are very reasonable too (and for some things, like the breakfast baps, downright cheap). We were only visiting Chinnor for the day, but if this cafe was closer we would come all the time. But when we were there it was quite empty. Come on people of Chinnor, use it or lose it!
