A bit disappointed by The Old Shed. Visited on a Sunday morning for breakfast. It took 55minutes for the food to arrive!! Staff seemed quite disorganised and the kitchen was clearly struggling to keep up with the orders. The food was good once it arrived though. Lots of kids around which is to be expected on a Sunday. Hang around the car park if you can as there are fields with goats, sheep, donkeys and miniature poneys!

Really nice cakes! Lovely walk and quest for the kids! Well worth a visit!

As a family of five, plus a small dog we had breakfast here. The Old Shed was busy and we arrived reasonably early on Sunday morning and easily secured a table inside. There is lots of seating outside and in a conservatory type space. The service was quick and the breakfasts were all very good - the traditional breakfast and the vegetarian!
The Old Shed is on a caravan and camping site, so does get busy and some tables are reserved for B&B guests.
There are also some nice walks into the countryside and to Charlbury which you can take before or after your meal.

Being a Northerner. My only gripe from the cafe and to be fair. Its because of it's location is the price. The food quality is great.
Being a motorcyclist, the stone car park is not bike friendly. Apart from that. Good

A great find for breakfast. It?s there to serve the camping site but anyone can go there for breakfast. If the sun is shining then this makes it even better, not just because of the location but because there are plenty of walks to walk off breakfast.

Went on a recommendation, but unfortunately won?t be going back. Preferred our drinks and when they arrived there was a drink we hadn?t ordered. When the food came out, it was my wife?s first, I had to wait 15-20 mins for mine to come out, food was nice but obviously wanted to eat together. Another table had a problem with their order also.

This has become our go-to place for a coffee and a peaceful stroll through the woods. The food is always delicious, the coffee is spot on, and the cakes are a real treat. Add in the lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and it?s easy to see why we keep coming back. A real hidden gem!
