This is beyond ridiculous.I placed an order on 21st November and no email confirmation was sent. A week later I email them to check the status and a person requested some details from me. Then, I have been chasing them for the last 4 days on emails and phone but no one gets back to me.It feels like a SCAM website.Dodgy company, stay away

Same as the last reviewer - purchase something, it was damaged in transit and I needed to return. SRD tried everything to avoid accepting the return and providing the refund. i even had to pay return postage myself. Horrible little company to deal with.

Product ok, but I attempted to return some as they weren?t the right size and the company was a total nightmare to deal with. I eventually got a refund 4 weeks later, after having to chase them on multiple occasions and then giving me the run around and coming back with ridiculous delaying tactics.

Very impressed from start to finish. Sent out a few samples so that I could make an informed decision on colours and styles. Shipped very quickly once I ordered and I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the rods and fittings. I purchased 14 stair rods in brushed nickel fitted across a stair runner and they are quite superb!
