Having had a card delivered telling me had to pay a fee of £1.50 the sender did not pay the full postage the card was delivered at 12.16
The office is closed at 10.00hrs Carterton office has always had given bad service

Open only 2 hours each day, I don't know how they can expect people with jobs to get there to pick up their parcels. Great customer service, but I have a problem with their opening hours.

Who on earth thinks 2 hours a day opening time is a good idea. Had a collection item refused and returned to sender. And no one answers the phone. Sort it out

Totally crap of a service. Told parcel from BT EE be delivered on 13th dec. I was up at 0600 and saw the royal mail van park up from outside my flat after delivering to two houses across from our block of flats and then went round the back of our flat and I'm upstairs so waited for the intercom buzzer to go off, so I then looked outside my window where is van parked
up and he drove off the Next thing I got message saying couldn't get access into the block of flat but The intercom works.
So the message said we deliver on the 14th and if not in chose safe place. And again I was up about 07.30 and looking out window having breakfast and the van turns up on the street across the road from the flat and delivers to two houses and im thinking hes going to pop over to the flat but nope. He drove off. So I waited in all day because it's out in transit for delivery but only to find the sorting office shut at 12,00. And I don't know where it is and when it will turn up and I won't be here.
Hamer Avenue. I hope management sees this and knows he did this. Dam poor service.

requested for my parcel to be delivered, but instead got dropped off here. I wasn?t too fussed about that as i live nearby. I got an email confirming that my parcel was there and ready to be collected at 10:30, it came with a picture of my parcel in a pile of others on some carpet floor. I assumed their opening times wouldn?t be so ridiculous (8-10am!!!) so set off to go and collect my parcel. We drove into the wrong area as everything else closed off and we?ve never been there but decided to try our luck, i looked through the window to see if anyone was in there because i assumed, like other considerate companies, that they would just let me have my parcel as i knew exactly where it was because the carpet flooring in the office matched the one in the picture i was sent. Instead, the manager there decided to scream remarks at me through the window, demanding that i left and shouting and yelling over and over again ?we?re closed!!!!? i am only young and struggle a lot with confrontation, and this brought me to tears. i decided to come back a little later to see if i could find anyone a little less rude, and i was met with yet another absolute jobsworth who would still not let me collect my parcel. He said he was going to get his manager and the woman before came out yelling and shouting at us (my dad actually had to tell her to calm down) she only cared about the fact we were parked in the wrong place and not about the fact i was in tears and desperate for my parcel. We explained that we were leaving to go on holiday in a few hours and that i had picture proof that my parcel was just around the corner from where they were stood. The manager became enraged and started screaming ?we?re not asda!! you can?t just come and demand things off us!? she then ignored us completely and we left. I usually have really good experiences with royal mail but this was just disgraceful and i believe no customer, especially a young girl like myself, should be screamed at in such a manner.

Had guaranteed next day, Did not arrive. Even though we get parcels on daily basis and have a designated place to leave parcels. I?ve been left with a ?we will deliver tomorrow? which is not good enough considering it didn?t have to be signed for & I?m going on holiday at 6am tomorrow. Lazy & not good enough.

I opted for next day delivery and paid for it. It said my parcel will be delivered today I?ve waited in and it hasn?t come, it?s currently 5:20pm and I have a disappointed family who have waisted the day. Don?t pay for next day delivery you won?t get it in time and it?s a waste of your money. Also the delivery office open hours are a joke. So from expecting/needing it for the Saturday I?m going to have to wait till Wednesday my day off to go and get it. I work 10 hour days so getting it before work is not an option and anyone else collecting it for me because of the opening hours. Companies should state if they use Royal Mail so you know what appalling quality service to expect or avoid disappointment and using them.

Didn't even attempt to deliver my package, they have failed in the 48 hour delivery as paid for with 48 hour tracked system.They sent me an email at 0945 this morning telling me to bring ID and the email to collect it having not even TURNED UP!I will never use royal mail again. These guys clearly couldn't care any less than their 2-hour opening times per day.

So unhappy with the timings. How in the world could anyone who is working could come in the morning between 8-10 to collect a missed delivery? Any post office usually works until 5 in the evening. This is the first time I've ever experienced such a limited time for sending or picking up a delivery. Sincerely waiting for it to fully open.

Good however with royal mail promoting online postal services the delivery offices should be open longer to accept parcels.

Schedule saying one thing and place closed. Parcel missing when they didn't even bored to search for it. I'm not impressed!
