Not recommended,the guy was checking my car,and not event properly checking and he told me that,i need to replace new CV BOOT,and turn out my car still making noise after 2 days,I'm so disappointed i decided not to bring my car back to them incase they damage my car even more,so i decided taking my car to another garage,which is i have pay more to investigate where is the noise coming from it turns out that is not CV BOOT,is was CV JOINT,so think twice before bring you car to them,unless you don't wanna them to damage your car..

Worst service. They don't have a value for Time. I booked an appointment early morning but they postponed multiple times. Finally, I cancelled the booking.

Very bad service. I have booked an appointment for tyre change but when arrived the tyre was not delivered and asked to attend later.Attended later then they said that they will call and update but no update received until late in the evening. Then I contacted them again and got the reply that still the stock not available and asked to go on next day. Went again on next day, same story no tyre available and Same reply that stock will come in the evening. It?s all happened after made an appointment. Very disappointed with the whole service.

Never again in Protyre Carterton.If you have spend 2 days in there for a tyre change go for it.They?ll not answer the phone or give a useful response. The only answer You have to expect from them is ?Don't know?. You can find good garages in Carterton and Witney.

10/10 would highly recommend. My bike got a flat a few days ago, came in today to get a new one on. Was in and out pretty quickly. Pretty affordable as well, will be back. Also big shout out to Mike I really appreciate your advice and look forward to seeing y?all again!

They are so pathetic. We booked an appointment from last week for ABS light to be fixed and when come today which is the day of the appointment and they gave excuses that we have to go another garage. Now we have to look for another garage and we have to pay for another diagnostic.
So don?t waste your time and money waiting for them. Such a useless garage to book with ?

Well service like service. There are appointments only. It was so shame when they refused Police to fix them tyre... But I'm fully understand how busy they are and how much effort they have at work.

Excellent customer service from the team at Protyre Carterton. Sorted 2 new tyres and a MOT for me at very short notice and got me back on the road in no time!

I cannot fault how quickly they managed to fit us in to do the tyres. Unfortunately we ended up stranded in the area, and were desperate to get back home. Two new midrange tyres fitted the same day after a pothole completely destroyed one of them. If you're precious about your alloys, I would avoid though. Even after cleaning and glossing they still look a complete mess. There is a before photo for reference. I may try to contact head office, but after looking at some of the reviews on here that seems to be like trying to get blood out of a stone.

Spoke to them last Saturday, booked two premium snow tyres for fitting tomorrow, received an email from Matt Gladman, I emailed them to confirm that I wanted to go ahead even though I had already told him and asked what time I should come. No reply. I have just called today and was told Matt Gladman left three years ago, they know nothing about the order and have no time tomorrow to fit them. The person I spoke to didn't seem to care.

Asked if they could help me with a bulb that had gone on the passenger side, and they had a look at it, and no problem but would have to take the bumper off and fuse box out to get to it, and wanted to charge me £65 ,so l said l would think about it.So l went and phoned Aston garage up and told them the problem, they told me to bring it down, so when I got there he asked for the keys and turned the wheel round so he could get to the light and it was done in no time, and didn't have to take anything apart, and they wouldn't take any thing for doing it, very helpful.
