Been chasing Matt for months this year to finish off bedroom carpets. (He promised a discounted rate as we in his own words had been messed about)Heard nothing. I believe he has staff issues, but I am not prepared to waste more time chasing. Have gone elsewhere.Despite the "bio hazards" he replaced our stairs and landing carpets last year, and In fairness he did a good job. Getting him to that point was a nightmare though. I believe he can`t take on every quote as he is so disorganised. However if he gives his word he should stick by it.

The best around. We used Higgins Flooring when my partner and I moved into our new house. They installed new flooring throughout the downstairs of our house, as well as the carpeting upstairs. 2 years on, it's been absolutely perfect. After being messed about with commercial flooring companies we went to Higgins who fitted us in last minute. They did a fantastic job to fit all the flooring in our new build home.
