“I cant fault the surgery. The staff are under so much pressure and get so much abuse themselves. Think about what they might sometimes be going through. Do you really think it is their fault that at 8am hundreds of people are trying to get through with two receptionists and two doctors avalible all day cause the government wont fund anymore. They are only human trying to do a job. I wouldn't want to do it these days, that's for sure!!My experiences have been amazing with them and yes I might have to press redial over 200 times and I might get through and wait ages in a queue, but when I get through they are always helpful and do what they can to insure my clinical needs are met. It's not just this surgery, this is the story for most of them.Thank you Broadshires for your continued support in a very difficult environment to work in these days.”
