Give praise where it's due! As busy as the staff are they take the time to get to know the regulars and I find them all extremely helpful. Louise is always smiling, makes me smile even when I'm having a bad day. ?

I'm a daily customer and I never got a smile from the staff not even a thank you. Not happy at all as specialy when someone is even mean .Except one or two person.
