“Curbed a wheel and trashed a tyre completely. I was around 25 miles from home so returning there wasn’t feasible.Checked Google maps and found that I was just over a mile from Protyre. Limped over and asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one in stock, but the manager asked whether I had a spare. I assumed not as it’s a modern car, but he checked anyway.Low and behold I did!15 minutes later they had balanced the spare, checked the pressure and fitted it.And the charge? Nothing. Even when I insisted.That’s what I call truly great service.Thanks guys!”
