Just been to Asda Carterton and the woman on the tills at 9am is having a bad day .she really did not want to serve us .when we approached the checkout she just threw her arms in the air and she most have lost her voice she could only growl . Also to the next customer the same thing happened . Goods were thrown down the packing area.No wonder Asda is on the brink . We will not be back .

You will more than likely get what you need here. It is a smaller store but the produce is just as good as larger stores. I knocked a star off because so far, every time I?ve been here there have always been children screaming in the cafe and the parents/guardians have made no effort to stop them. It?s still worth popping into though

Only 2 tills open on a busy Saturday big queues, customers are complaining and the toilet are dirty and still one not work properly over a month now

There was only two trolleys for babies both were so dirty and bad I actually left and did my shopping elsewhere. This is not helpful for mother's!

The shop is very drab I am very disappointed to learn that pizzas are now going to be serving a reduced menu cutting some of my favourite options. Only serving regular based pizzas should be criminal, stuffed crust is clearly the best option to exist unless your lactose intolerant in which case you are weak and don?t deserve pizza, but in all seriousness I am truly disappointed in this decision. I must say a big thankyou to the pizza girls who have been great as I will no longer be shopping there I will go to dominos instead :(

Came in here shopping today and was served by a very rude and miserable lady on the checkout called Heather. Couldn't hear her through her face mask but she seemed unapproachable. There was no pleasantries, didn't get given a receipt and upon paying she slammed the scanner down and slammed the shopping partition back down the aisle. Luckily not all the staff on the tills are like this as I wouldn't come here anymore. Very very very bad service on ASDAs part. Also there were cream cakes on the ambient shelf were Victoria Sponges were supposed to be so I'd recommend checking what you buy also
