A very comfortable bed but far too warm to have a thick duvet on. Good selection of real ales. Thought the food was a bit overpriced for an ok meal. Breakfast is continental and husband asked for a cooked breakfast which he found disappointing. The bacon was overcooked and dry and was £12 plus a service charge.
In a good location and the community garden is impressive.

Absolutely fantastic stay for 2 nights with the dog. Super dog friendly. Incredible friendly professional staff and service! Unfortunately I couldn't eat the steak meal as it was so overly salty, but these things can happen, taken off the bill without issues. Still 5 stars as I can't otherwise fault it (apart from no beans on the brekky ?) Fell in love with the great village location with lovely walks and scenery. Nice big bed with feather pillows and quilt.

My husband and I stayed here for one evening last night and I cannot recommend it more! Somehow it was even cuter than we had imagined, but also had staff members who were next level friendly. We were even unexpectedly given a room upgrade upon arrival!
The food during our dinner was phenomenal and it?s always such a joy to see restaurants that are truly pet friendly.
We will absolutely be back the next time we are in the Cotswolds and will be recommending a stay here endlessly.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Roast beef delicious & pear tart tartin a show stopper! Fabulous friendly service. Best horseradish ever!!
