Having just moved to the area, our experience with the staff at Just Fabrics at Burford and the supporting craftsmanship in each department has been exemplary. We have required reupholstery as well as new curtains and furnishings for our listed Georgian townhouse and everything is now looking as it should, simply wonderful and we are delighted.Our genuine and heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes to all those at Just Fabrics who have been involved with us over the recent months. Their courtesy, consideration and advice has been professional throughout and the quality of the bespoke items for us has been exceptional. We continue to admire and take delight in the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout all of Just Fabrics contributions to our new home and can highly recommend their services.

I recently purchased the jaguar velvet in the photo below to make a new lampshade. I absolutely love it! The other photos are of Velvets I've purchased in the past from Just Fabric to make other lampshades. Really fantastic stock and such good value.

I can only echo what others have said; the range of material is fantastic and the sample service is efficient. When I've rung for help, the phone is answered promptly and questions are answered. In or out of lockdowns, it's a terrifically run business and matching service.

My wife and I had excellent service from both Yvonne - in the shop- and Ellie - who came to measure for blinds and curtains. Both of them could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient.

Went here on a recommendation. Spent a fair amount of time in the shop looking through all of the fabric books and we ordered around 15 fabric samples but we have only been sent three?!! Total waste of our time (plus an hours drive each way).

5 +++++ stars even then not enough. Mere words are not enough to express the sheer delight that I had when I opened my curtains that had been so expertly made by Vanessa at Just Fabrics in Burford. Perfect! But that was just the end of the story!I moved house late January 2021 and had no curtains. I wanted to make use of curtains that I had in my sitting room previously for the morning room. Doing my bit for the environment and upcycling. Too short not wide enough so I decided to insert a plain colour strip. I ordered the fabric on Just fabrics website. Things didn't quite go to plan! After an email and a couple of phone calls. Cath took the curtains that I had created with the the wrong shade insert and a raggy bottom, mismatched reused lining and header tape that was made up of several pieces. Said that she would get her workshop to remake them. Above and beyond totally, before they could even start they had to take what I had created apart, not for the faint hearted. The curtains I received back had new linings, and header tape. There was the addition of the plain colour as the hem. The sewing was beautiful. My daughter visited shorty after I had hung them and she they looked very grand. Now I am nervously trying to decide how to make the pelmet out of the left overs that I have here, I do not want to ruin the effect!Next the dining room curtains, a Moroccan theme, guest bedroom an Asian theme, guaranteed Just Fabrics will be totally my go to fabric shop and curtain maker. They are the best ever.I want to post a photo, but do not want my lack of expertise with a camera to dull the impact of my beautiful curtains. I shall send Cath and Vanessa photos so that they can select the best.Thank you so much for restoring my faith in people Cath and Vanessa

We are delighted with the curtains and blinds supplied by Just Fabrics - we fitted out the whole of our new house with their products and they look wonderful. Quality of the curtains and blinds is excellent. We did have a few issues initially but the sign of a good business is how they respond to adversity and I have to say Kath and her team at the Burford store (plus Alistair who came over from their Cheltenham store to accelerate the fitment of the blinds) were fantastic. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the quality was right and to recover some of the time lost on the delivery. Excellent customer service and a great end result!

Good range of fabrics and friendly helpful staff. Anything not in store can be ordered in, and fabrics can be FR treated as needed for upholstery. Also excellent for soft furnishing needs.Just Fabrics is always my first port of call for inspiration on any new projects.

Excellent service from Burford staff resulted in me getting fabric both cheaper and faster than online. I was in and out of the store in no more than 5 minutes with everything needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back!

Website was easy to use, telephone call within a couple of days to say my order was ready. On arrival at the store in Burford the customer service was non existent. The member of staff who opened the door completely ignored us once inside the store, cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Fortunately the other lady was very helpful and as it was click and collect we spent no more than 10 minutes inside. I?ll consider buying fabric from you again but I won?t be visiting the Burford store, such a shame as it?s so convenient for us. I?ll not recommend a personal visit to friends and family either.
