Gone to ratsheet in past 6 months . When it was in Budgens they were great , now it?s order by machine and made by numpties , my Tuna Mayo today came with ?..no tuna ?.didn?t used to happen when you had a dialogue with the person making your sub ?.which was theirwhole USP . They turned it into McSandwich for Deliveroo deliveries , sad

Rude staff , particularly the lady !! Don't acknowledge you as they can't interact like normal humans . Place is filthy !!! Also girl with pinky hair was by the bins at the back with cooking trays and left them on the bins and brought them.back in , hope they are getting washed . !!? avoid

Stood like a lemon for 10 mins whilst the staff ignored me to be told it was self order at kiosk only which is completely unhygienic so I left.

The place was dirty didn?t look like it had been cleaned at all, receipts and food all over the floor by the seating area? had to order using the electronic screen that wasn?t clean either? hate those things? waited far to long for my order and had to get my own drink? when I looked behind the counter when getting my own drink there was trodden food all over the floor and it looked not very hygienic at all really disappointed with the experience it used to be good there when it was next to the tills for the garage

Was told if I couldn?t use the kiosk, then I couldn?t be served until all other orders had been completed. I?m pregnant and stood waiting for over half an hour with my 2 year old before we just left. No apologises from staff member George, shocking service, wont be returning.

Unable to order using app or tablets due to sandwich option not available on screen. Staff refused to acknowledge us and asked us to just order on the tablets. Avoid completely, decided to go elsewhere.

Since they introduced the kiosk system to order (don't take over conter orders now) the queues and the wait time seem to be 10-15 minutes depending on how busy they are. There was more customer satisfaction when the kiosks weren't there, and you would just wait in the queue and then go down the line as you ordered your food. The wait time doing it that way seems so much less as you're kept busy following your order down the line.

Went in a while back, and I wanted to order at the counter to get something specific added to the sub. I was rudely and abruptly told to use the machine, which at the time had no option to change specific things (or at least the interface was not clear enough). So I left and have never returned. And because of their poor attitude to help, I will never eat at that subway again, maybe any subway ever. No doubt comes down to appalling management at that particular place.

This new subway is terrible. Automated screen ordering. Cannot order with an actual human. Worst customer service and over priced.

Whatever we order for delivery is never what we actually receive. Ask for a footlong sandwich, will receive a salad?! Ask for extra jalapeños, will just get a box of jalapeños without the rest of what we ordered?! Call to complain, get told they?ll give us free stuff which we didn?t want anyway and best of all we have to come and collect it. Utter shambles every time and have now learnt our lesson not to order from here.

We ordered through justeat from the Carterton subway, they didn't even make the sandwiches for an hour and a half!! Delivery was quick once they did but the driver forgot half our order, that's not subways fault but when we rang to complain they were very rude over the phone and said "I suppose we'll have to do a partial refund".. no apology. Then 2 hours after my son ate the chicken from you guys he became violently ill! He clearly has food poisoning and was the only one who ate the chicken. A friend also told usbhebwas very ill after eating that same chicken.. It had clearly been left out and gotten too warm. We will never eat here again. Awful awful awful.. an hour and a half to make poisonous sandwiches.. really bad :(
