Gone to ratsheet in past 6 months . When it was in Budgens they were great , now it’s order by machine and made by numpties , my Tuna Mayo today came with …..no tuna ….didn’t used to happen when you had a dialogue with the person making your sub ….which was theirwhole USP . They turned it into McSandwich for Deliveroo...

Rude staff , particularly the lady !! Don't acknowledge you as they can't interact like normal humans . Place is filthy !!! Also girl with pinky hair was by the bins at the back with cooking trays and left them on the bins and brought them.back in , hope they are getting washed . !!? avoid
