I know Dan mainly from his massages which are great but when I do workouts in the gym if he is there he is always ready to offer help and advice as he encourages anyone he sees in the gym to improve their technique.

Myself and my Son decided to train to run 5k in memory of my husband to fund raise for charity. Dan agreed to take us on and help us on our journey. At our first session I couldn't run for more than a few seconds and I really did think that there was no way I could run 5 metres let alone 5k! Some 12 weeks later we are both slimmer (I have lost around 37lb), fitter, toned and so much healthier and we about to run our 5k. Dan has encouraged us, supported us and believed in us. Without him, we would never have been able to do this. Whatever your goal is, you can achieve it with Dan's help.

Dan has transformed our family's fitness. We have all lost weight and improved our fitness. We all have injuries, some very serious requiring morphine, however, Dan has worked around these. He has worked with my husband and I and our 16 and 14 year old. My youngest has required a lot of motivation, and Dan has provided that with great humour too. My kids enjoy his sessions. We have been seeing him for nearly 6 months and it was a great choice of personal trainer.

Anyone can motivate you for one day, but Dan can keep you motivated with a personal, exciting, and understanding approach. I have been training with dan for the last couple months and I can tell you that he gives one hundred percent into every aspect of the sessions so that you can too. Dan was been a revelation in improving both my fitness and as a result my well-being. I started off with Dan when I asked him to fix a bad backproblem after too many years sitting at computers and overnight flights on planes. Having fixed that problem I moved on to very regular gym sessions with Dan aimed at strengthening my core and improving my stamina and for half-marathon training. I have been with Dan for several years now, he is extremely reliable and totally focused on you. I also find Bloxham extremely convenient.

Dan is a consummate professional who practices what he preaches. His fitness sessions - whether group or individual - offer clear and motivating instruction, and, being highly personable, also has room for a sense of humour. Dan is also great at explaining why we need to perform certain types of exercise and what benefit it will have on us. It is great to find a trainer with such a personal approach. Dan Buda is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable trainer who also offers fitness massage. He styles exercise to fit the individual and their goals. He is very sensitive to any injury or physical issues which his clients may have and under his guidance I have gained an overall balanced body fitness. He has kept me motivated and keen to achieve, I even completed a triathalon this year. I have trained with him now for a number of years. I fully recommend him

Dan Buda is a very knowledgeable, extremely hard-working and professional personal trainer and sports therapist who has trained me for nearly two years.
