Both my wife and I recently had new glasses from Vision Express Bicester. We both had Varifocal and Transition lenses. I also had a pair of sunglasses that are Varifocal and Polarised. I need to point out firstly that the staff were all fantastic and were both professional and knowledgeable. We both had some issues with the glasses initially, but they were sorted out quickly and efficiently with no quibble. The reason for the 4 stars is the cost. I do realise that the company is competitively pricing, but it is still an awful lot of money and any other company would have lost that star too. Well done Bicester team, amazing service.

My recent visit to Vision Express in Bicester stands out as one of the most pleasant and informative optician appointments I've had in my two decades of wearing glasses.Tham, the optician who conducted my eye exam, was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, clearly explaining what he was doing and why, and patiently answering any questions I had. His expertise and care were evident in his detailed explanations of my vision condition and the various lens options available.

Had an eye test the person who did it was very friendly and reassured me there was nothing to worry about and was well looked after found my perfect pair of glasses can't wait to get them so can see things clearly again thank you vision express for looking after me

Ordered a pair of glass and they took over three weeks to make them. Pathetic service, lousy excuses, didn't fulfill our wishes, I would give them zero stars if that was an option

Amazing Customer Service from Lyn and Tan at the Bicester Store. Popped in to look at glasses at 3pm and by 5.20pm I had picked my frames and the lenses had been put in and were ready to take home! Professional, Polite and very Knowledgeable. Thank you both very much.I would highly recommend, you don't come across this level of service very often.

The service is very nice. However, my vision fell back in just two years. I had my lenses before that for at least 5. I always had UV protection on my lenses and everything was fine. Then I decided to check my vision and change the lenses as it fell back. I asked optician who was helping me to put UV protection on them and I was assured that they will and that they did when I picked them up. Last week I had to change my lenses and optician here told me they are completely bare and if I'm sure I want lenses like that again. I'm so disappointed. And I paid more money then I would in my country for lenses with protection.

Although the optician did a thorough job with my sons vision. I think he needs to be better at the way he phrases how he explains things. The way it was explained it made it seem like unless my son wears his glasses he may fall behind at school. It freaked my son out a bit and had to explain it to him when he got home that that wasn?t the case. As he got a bit nervous after the optician explained that his vision might affect his education without glasses . The team were lovely. But the optician did explain the same thing a few times. It didn?t feel seamless which it normally does. I really don?t want to put anyone down. But if my son is made to feel nervous based on what?s said I think that needs to be looked at. Sorry to say. Had great experiences prior to this.

Friendly staff, though the lenses used in my eye test were filthy so not the easiest to actually see through. Wide selection of glasses, though mostly all the same style. Eye test was rushed. Could be a better experience.
