99% of the staff at the shops in bicester made sure you had help when you needed it, politely checking in if you needed help......this store the ladies were more interested in chatting with themselves than helping.... was hard to get help and when you asked, it didn't seem like they wanted to help you.
Perhaps this was a self-service store because the sizes are all under the shoe?
I was there yesterday all afternoon.

Charlie went above and beyond finding boots for me. My daughter has sensory issues and will only wear one certain pair of Ugg boots. Charlie was so polite and caring, doing everything he could to find them and found me 2 pairs! His kindness means so much, thank you Charlie, you are an absolute angel.

Extremely terrible shopping experience.
In a later afternoon It?s cold and drizzling. Passed by UGG, I double checked with the doormen if it?s still available to get in, before joining the long waiting queues. He clearly told us as long as joining the queue it?s not late. After 20mins waiting time, he asked a young couple before us to get in, the shop assistant and him said the shop is closed now. Horrible experience and I?m really pissed off.That?s the last time to visit UGG. Poor quality is not worthy it. Cleared out all my UGGs and never buy it again.

I was in front of the shop 20 mins before close around 8:40 and the security guy called Marko told me I can?t get in because they have to finish up and go home, I asked for the manager and he lied directing me to a completely irrelevant person. As a regular ugg customer I find this behaviour very offensive and not professional at all.

Awful experience! I understand that the store is busy and the employees are overwhelmed but it does not justify being rude to costumers. I literally just said excuse me to an employee and she was very irritated and started giving attitude and saying that she?s serving 5 other costumers in a very rude manner. Crazy blonde girl with even crazier false eyelashes. If you hate your job that much just quit no need to ruin our shopping experience with your lack of manner.

What discounts? The whole place felt like a cattle market not a ?boutique?. We had to wait in a long queue and when we got in the whole place was so over crowded and no staff available to help. I bought my daughters UGGs at retail value as there was nothing else available! I wish I hadn?t! Avoid at all costs! Definitely NOT the Bicester village experience we are used to! Awful! Actually put me off UGG?s for the future!

Absolutely disgusting customer service as I ordered some Ugg slippers as a gift on 27th October through the wats app link on the card they handed me in store but my order still hasn?t arrived yet my money was taken out straight away.
Their carrier is DPD yet there?s no update on their website as to what?s happened.
Am demanding a refund as clearly I?ve been scammed.

Waited in the queue as a wheelchair user as I did not feel comfortable jumping in at the front, once we got to the front of the queue the man was so lovely and said we should?ve come to the side and he would?ve let me in. He helped move things aside for me to get into the entrance and one of the ladies working there was so helpful, she offered to run around the shop and grab whatever it was I wanted to look at as it was just so busy I didn?t want to wander around! I didn?t end up buying anything as they didn?t have what I wanted, but the prices were great and there was a great variety
