Service from concierge was helpful.Room had a fan as it was quite warm.better to have a room facing outward rather than inward to a small space.Lifts slow.Parking diabolical Bicester not served well by it.

Superb if your aim is to go to the ex-servicemans venue for a gig in the evening. But parking is a nightmare. We used the adjacent sainsbury car park which was £2.40 × 2 days but quite a walk with cases and bags for us OAP'S with mobility issues. Overall OK since the distance to bed at 00.30 was a pleasure. They tell you to park in Sainsbury's because they have a lack of parking. You get fined for staying more than 3 hours.
The fan did nothing to help with the heat and the safety device for the window was snapped, fantastic when you have small kids.

Nice location in Bicester. Rooms were lovely close to placed to eat and supermarket. Only thing was it was very noisy people shouting all night outside out room and banging doors.

Within just an hour of check-in here it's already thoroughly disappointing.
No expense has been spent.
No cups for water, broken shower gel dispenser, no coat hooks, no bath mat, the wardrobe is a shelf, only 30mins free WiFi, and all for nearly £100/night.
The window faces onto other windows and only has curtains, so during the day if you want privacy you have to have the curtains closed ?
Staff were apologetic and polite, but yes, very, very basic in every aspect.

Turned up to our paid booking, to be told that they had no rooms

The room is clean and the bed is comfy BUT if traveling with children avoid room M09, jeans, boxers, flesh lights on the roof area view from window attached.
I'll send a email of complaint
amended to 1 star.
Room Keys won't work and no one at reception !!!
The lady came quickly to assist

I use to work at travelodge and I haven?t stayed in travelodge for a very long time and can I just say Wow, first of all the upgraded rooms are amazing, from lobby to reception to your room very clean and tidy, from check in to check out I had the best stay. Great rooms, great customer service, I would ask for things for my room and gentlemen?s did a great job and the housekeepers (I can?t remember everyone?s names) but the team at Bicester don?t disappoint. I would recommend to everyone to stay at Bicester Travelodge.

The best hotel in bicester. I have been staying there for a few weeks now and I must say I was blown away buy how kind the staff were. Easy access to town parking at Sainsbury's car park for overnight stays was good. Beds were great nice and clean and comfortable. I stayed for a few weeks and really got to know the staff although I can't name everyone at travel lodge they all become like family to me. To name a few were david, kumar, kyle, grant, Joseph and the manager Suzanne (the German lady) I was staying on a temporary basis and the staff just made it feel like home. I can't recommend it enough. Great place to stay! I will miss them when I leave.

Booked for 18th, receipt came through for 19th, had to call the premium rate number at 17p/min to be told I had to pay another £27 for the date change. Total price £109 for 1 night. Ripp Off.
