As others have said, a basic and budget stay but good for what you pay.\\nNo parking available on site but this is detailed on their website. Local parking a few minutes walk away at the Cattle Market.\\nUpgraded to a family room (M02) on arrival which was a pleasant surprise as we booked a double (+ 1 dog).\\nRoom did smell a bit fousty on arrival, we had to leave window open throughout.\\nFor a family room, I would have expected a small fridge and wardrobe but this room had neither.\\nGood heating/cooling system, quick and efficient.\\nSmall bath in bathroom but powerful and hot shower.\\nReception is 91 steps up, there is a sign to warn you but 2 lifts are available if needed as well.\\n\\nOverall a good stay and would come again if needed.

Room was OK, couple of stains on the carpet, very warm even on a September night, needed a fan. No air con. No cause to speak to anyone other than during check in. Didn't have breakfast as they don't offer cooked food.

At £70 a night, you would think a breakfast would be included . Still the room was tidy with tea/coffee facilities, a place to hang a few things, good tv and good selection of programs.Good shower with washing facilities (soaps towels)

Checked in and went to room.Immediately noticed black stains on turned over part of bed covers.Pulled the covers back and found blood stains on the sheets.Went back to reception to report and was offered another room.Second room had stains on pillow cases and when I pulled back the covers I found a finger/toe nail in the bed.Went back to reception and checked out.Guy on reception was very upset and apologetic and offered me a third room which I declined.Asked for a refund and was told that I needed to speak to customer services.You can?t speak to customer services! Live chat only, but only until 5pm. I did not arrive until 5:30pm!Now had to pay for another hotel, not Travelodge, and try to contact someone tomorrow.Note: it is advertised that there is no parking on site. Suggested parking is 15 minute walk to hotel so bear this in mind if you have a lot of belongings.Rooms: Dirty

We have stayed in the hotel for one single night and after that we are accused to smoke in the room and made damage. When we asked for evidence, they provided an evidence photo without timestamp and the only proof they have is the statement of the cleaner, the damage was not there the day before. I don't understand how this can be an evidence, and this is not about the the bloody 150 pounds what i need to pay. This is about principles. Someone before us damaged the room and now this company makes us pay for it. You might need to investigate the hotel and the management of the hotel, because I am pretty sure we are not the only one customer which you lost because of something similar.

The location is very central and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the high street. The room was clean and comfortable (except for the pillows but I am very fussy!). The best thing was that all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Marco.

The room was lovely and clean but the staff, both in the day and evening, were the best. Susanne and Kumar were so friendly and helpful, even at unsociable hours. Love staying here. Overheard unpleasant guests in the early hours and was dealt with so well :)

Simple and clean room. Welcoming staff and great price. We stayed for one night for a wedding nearby. Though we arrived a little early, Susanne was very thoughtful to accommodate us. We would stay again

Stayed here on the 8th Sept, worst experience ever with the heat. No hotel should be built without AC, this hotel isn?t that old. Some guest had their room doors open. No fan in the room, had to go to reception to ask for one and he said there should be one in the room

The staff on reception were very helpful and Susanne made the stay very enjoyable and personal. The room was comfortable and the bathroom area was clean. Barry happy with my stay I would use this travel lodge again

Complaining about the lack of anything in our room, the air conditioning unit didn?t work and needed a pin to be able to turn on which we weren?t supplied with and in a 28 degree room having the window open with no breeze and it being cooler outside than in our room, we checked out at 10.30pm and drove home as we couldn?t even sleep in the room as the bed was like laying on a brick and a massive dip in the middle of the bed so we ended up just rolling into the middle of the bed when we did lay in the bed. So after all of that and a 3.30 hour drive home and getting home at 2.30am. I believe we deserve some sort of compensation as the room was unbearable and in sleepable condition so we?re out of £90.

Carpark options are Sainsbury's next door. There is a QR code at reception so you can pay there. The carpark signs say 3 hours only but you can pay longer via the QR code. Staff were brilliant, very polite, helpful and offered great advice when asked.Nearby activities: In Bicester Town centre with lots of amenities within walking distance

I recently stayed at this hotel, my stay was awful, the reception desk gave me the wrong room number, I was trying to get access to the wrong room and the angry occupant came out! There were no towels in my room, the other guests were inconsiderate, rude and noisy! The parking was a nightmareI am going to message and request a refund! I would never stay here again!!
