Called in today to exchange something I bought last week. (I bought the wrong size, my fault thought I knew what I needed). James recognised the problem straight away, sorted out the refund and the correct replacement part. All very easy friendly and efficient. Thanks guys.

Click and collect, call in while passing, all so so easy.. and wide range of choice and prices.. Staff very friendly and patient.. Huge bonus if you're a bit unsure. 5 star.
