Lovely restaurant and very attentive service from staff manager/boss was really nice and really good food. Well worth a visit after outlet shopping as its only a few minutes drive from there.

This was my second dinner at toho35 and unfortunately the taste and quality has gone bad significantly. I love Chinese cuisine and have it regularly from several Chinese restaurants in Oxford and Bicester but I?ve never had Chinese food so bad that me and my family decided to leave the restaurant after tasting the starters. The sharing platter and other appetisers were so sweet it was like deserts, I was shocked to be tasting a Chinese dish like that. Service is still good but I won?t be going back for the food. Please review your kitchen and dishes again.

I came here with my girlfriend for her birthday after shopping at Bicester Village and it was really amazing. The food, staff and atmosphere can?t be praised enough. Thank you to Dennis, Gary and everyone else working here for a great time !

The food is great?don?t get me wrong. When it comes to taste, it?s absolutely amazing. My issue, however, lies with the portion sizes, especially considering the price I?m paying for takeout. The portions are very small for the cost. If I were dining in, I might understand the desire to avoid overloading the plate, but when it comes to takeout, I expect enough food to justify the price.
I raised this concern over the phone once, even comparing Toho to their competitors, only to be told that their bowls are bigger, which is why the portions ?appear smaller.? To test this, my family and I decided to order from both Toho and their competitors and compare portion sizes. Honestly, the difference was striking. The portions from Toho were significantly smaller, and it?s clear there?s room for improvement here.
The 3-star rating is purely for the flavor of the food?it could have been lower otherwise. Toho, you really need to step up and provide better value for your customers.
