I will make sure I drop by Timberland in Bicester Village every time I visited my friends in UK and I love this outlet cos the staff are superbly friendly. But, I?m currently facing a problem where the tag (that will make sound at the entrance ) was not removed and no sound when I left. I only realised after I am back to Malaysia. I purchase a sandal cost £20 few pence after 10% discount by cash and have looked for the receipt but to no avail. Pls help, Timberland??

Me and my mum were in the store little while ago when her wheelchair collapsed causing her to fall out. She was quite embarrassed, but the staff were great and treated her with respect in a vulnerable moment. Top team, especially the manager sorry didn?t catch names.

Best Timberland store I've visited so far. The staff are lovely. A very special shout out to a lovely lady that served me and my sister. Her name was Oli. So patient with all the customers.
