Generous portions of delicious food at reasonable prices - great value. Decor is very old school and atmosphere is a little off...felt a bit like walking into somebody's living room. Overall worth a visit.

Whilst walking with our 4 legged friend today ,stopped of for a short break here today ,ordered food (Gammon & Chips )and beverages Tea & Guinness ( which my husband said was one of the best he'd had !) The young lady and gentlemen behind the bar couldn't have been more welcoming and even the lovely lady in the kitchen (who replenished our dogs drinking water was lovely too .... 2 very happy customers and 1 very happy pooch thank you will definatly re visit ?

The best Sunday roast I have had in a pub. Chicken thick cut not processed stuff full of water. It was very hot and filled the lovely heart shaped plate. This was a present so no idea of the cost.

Really enjoyed our meal at the Bull. The food was delicious and great value with pub classics, veggie/vegan options and lots of care taken around allergies. Cosy atmosphere with a lovely log fire and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Quality of food is poor. Also tastes very cheap. Bar staff were welcoming but the manager was drinking behind the bar which is very unprofessional. For a country pub I expected more. Definitely a local pub. Not a pub for people not from the area. Will not be returning
