It's a great tesco staff are always really friendly, helpful and chatty . The reason for the 4 stars though is because of there ridiculous price increase! Even being a club card member and getting 10% off is not enough. I also find it extremely frustrating that I cant use my 10% off online. I dont always like coming into do big food shop especially when I have anxiety .
I also think they should get rid of the phone shop and make it into a big pharmacy as it will be more convient. I never see anyone use the phone shop it's pointless. Other than this there quality is far much better than most supermarkets.

I have recently had a call with one of your Staff about an order delivery yesterday. I spoke to a guy called SCOTT .who has a Scottish accent. I cannot praise him enough forhow he helped me solve my problem . Very very well done.

It's a shame but every single time I have been here it's chaos at the tills. Today a random week day in term time and it was like ques at Christmas time. It was 11am but only 3 people serving on the tills. Literally had to que up the isles. Not sure if it's understaffed or lack of organisation but it took customers complaining and a good 25 minutes before they slowly opened another till. Even then it seemed extremely slow going each person serving on a till was just so slow putting things through. Nearly had to abandon our shopping and leave to be able to get to a pre school pick up in time. Other than the till problem it seems a good teaco

Don't really come to this tesco as its not my local but a member off staff really went out his way to help me!A few items weren't on the shelves and he happily went out the back and got me what I needed and showed me where things were ! There's me walking around in circles haha! Thanks alot Jack Temple? (The one with an impressive beard) I will return to this store.

Tesco superstore petrol prices are more cheaper than other oil companies, I always buy diesel from Tesco , I get good mileage no problem so far , also Tesco meal deals are best , if you have a club card you can get a costa coffee?s +tuna pasta and snacks for £3.40 , I think it?s great deal, if you buy a regular coffee it cost £3 .
