I went there at 12pm in the afternoon to find a huge queue with only one person serving. Given the coffee and cold drinks take about 2 minutes to prepare, I felt sorry for the girl who was trying her best. So appalled at Tesco management who couldn't have cared less. I gave the girl a secret tip and left without buying anything.

Best value food in Bicester, along with Brewyers. Food is well presented and the quality you would expect. Coffee is ok, staff are polite.

I went in at exactly 4:30 pm to have a cup of tea and a scone. When placing my order, I was told that they were closing in 30 minutes, so my tea would be in a takeaway.cup. I assume this was so the staff member didn't have any washing up to do at the end of their shift... despite the fact my scone needed to go on a plate. I was then presented with a scone on a plate, a takeaway tea, milk in a small jug (more washing up!) ... so I got my own tray to carry my stuff. After then asking for butter...and a knife ... I sat down, to find the butter frozen and as it defrosted pools.of water formed which I poured out onto the tray to avoid spreading it.on my scone. My tea could have easily.gone in a pot without interfering with cafe closure - the takeaway cup was unnecessary and ruined.my afternoon break

Took my family for a breakfast and it was a nice experience.. service was lovely from a member of staff called Mya and the food was good all round...we did get there at 8 AM so it was not busy... highly recommend

Hi, had a big breakfast and it was absolutely disgusted. The bacon and sausage was still raw wasn?t cooked properly never eat here again.

Great place to have a coffee and time, the chorizo toast was great .Quality coffee needs to improve.Always good. Needs quality coffee improve.
