I went there at 12pm in the afternoon to find a huge queue with only one person serving. Given the coffee and cold drinks take about 2 minutes to prepare, I felt sorry for the girl who was trying her best. So appalled at Tesco management who couldn't have cared less. Best value food in Bicester, along with Brewyers. Food is well presented and the quality you would expect. Coffee is ok, staff are polite.

I went in at exactly 4:30 pm to have a cup of tea and a scone. When placing my order, I was told that they were closing in 30 minutes, so my tea would be in a takeaway.cup. I assume this was so the staff member didn't have any washing up to do at the end of their shift... despite the fact my scone needed to go on a plate.... read full comment
