went in today to get a emergency prescription requested through 111 for a emergency asthma inhaler I stood for about 15 minutes visibly struggling to breathe while multiple members of the pharmacy team stood behind the counter talking amongst themselves finally I was served and made them aware I had requested a emergency inhaler through the NHS 111 service a l lady wirh reddish brown hair who I believe is the lead pharmacist informed me rudely apparently they could not give me a emergency one as I?d need to request it from my doctors to be sent to a nearby pharmacy I said that I?d requested a repeat one but would need to wait 3-5 days as my doctors would not see the request right away and was struggling to breathe and in pain from it due to my asthma and did not have a inhaler as my one had run out today she simply did not show any form of care towards me and she then went on to tell me apparently the NHS 111 service was wrong ( although it was all stated on the email id been sent by them to collect it ) and that they could not give me one unless it been sent by a GP I was confused by this as have request emergency prescriptions before via 111 and had absolutely no issues I took what she said and left still struggling to breathe & decided to call 111 themselves where I was told what she had said was completely false and that pharmacy?s have emergency supplies for this reason and that I should of had no issues collecting it at all, luckily 111 sent a new emergency prescription out to another pharmacy nearby and was able to retrieve my inhaler to prevent me from having a asthma attack, I?m absolutely disgusted and shocked at the situation and 111 have even said they have taken record of it and will bring it up directly to Superdrug pharmacy as it broke multiple protocols set in place by the NHS, if I hadn?t of called 111 and got a new inhaler sent out I could of had a attack and could of lost my life as a result of the negligence of pharmacist absolutely disgusted!!!

Brought a bottle of perfume today and a lovely girl called Kizzi was so helpful. Couldn?t get over her knowledge of all the perfumes and she went above and beyond finding me a product I would like. Thank you so much KIZZI!

Today I needed some ventolin inhalers urgently for my asthma. My GP surgery sent over a represcription and I received my inhalers really quickly. Exceptional service in time of need.

I?m extremely frustrated with the service at Superdrug in Bicester. They advertise children?s ear piercing as a ?pop-in? service, but every time I visit, I receive inconsistent information. I?m told either that the service is unavailable at that time, only available until a certain hour, or not available at all that day. There is never any clear information. Today, I even asked if I could book an appointment for a specific time tomorrow to avoid further disappointment for my child. The staff couldn?t confirm if the service would be available and simply suggested either coming in or calling. But with no one answering the phone, it?s impossible to book the service they claim to offer. My daughter is left disappointed and upset each time, and I?m at a loss for how to actually secure this service. Given this ongoing issue, I suggest that if your service is not available most of the time, you should stop advertising it.

One of the worst I have ever come across. Leave people standing in the que for ages. Staff wonder around behind the counter avoiding eye contact with customers and when you are eventually served they tell you to come back later. Such a waste of time.

Pharmacy section is a nightmare

Never had a problem with the superdrug pharmacy..until today! I was served quickly as suprisengly there wasn't a queue! I handed my prescription over to the blonde girl with curly hair..she then took it away and said she will get it sorted.. I waited for 20 mins. All 3 of the staff one named Shannon, blonde girl with curly hair and looks like a new guy has started wearing all black. All 3 of them were chatting and I over heard Shannon saying let me serve the rest of the customers as I want to hear the story that the newbie was telling..
I was still waiting and waited for all 3 members to finish their 'story time'. Shannon then asked what I was waiting for I said my prescription she picked it up and gave it to me. It was left on the side for 20 mins! Her mannerism was disgusting. No apology no nothing . All 3 members were extremely unprofessional and lazy! The only guy I saw working was the guy with glasses! I could not believe it.
Save your story telling time for your breaks and actually DO some work for a change!

If I could give half a star I would.... never seen such an abysmal pharmacy in my life. There will be like 4 members of staff just sorting out packages and looking at the computer while there's a 5 people deep queue and growing. They take like 30 mins and more just to serve one person
