So grateful to Salem and Sadia for their help. I bought trainers, usual brand and usual size - so I decided I wouldn?t take the box as I had so much Christmas crap in my bin already. Of course when I got home they didn?t fit! So next day I go back and the staff went sorting through rubbish so they could sort an exchange for me. No drama, no moaning - just fantastic customer service. Great people - thank you for your help. Oh - and I kept the box second time!

These staff are really useless, I've been in this store twice in the last month and both times I've seen people put things down and leave without buying. Myself included on the second visit (approx £200 quid worth of kit). I understand there must be some cost benefits balance to having cheap underpaid and unmotivated staff, but this place must be losing money. The sports direct in Banbury is much better staffed and stocked.

Bought a pair of safety boots. Used 1 day, I got bruises on the ankles. The lady at the till, with no empathy, denied the refund as the boots are worn. Last time I buy from sport direct.

Every time I've been to this particular store the staff have been rude and with little effort for customer service. I also saw them be incredibly unhelpful and rude to other customers - for no reason other than asking if they stocked something, so clearly it's just their normal way of serving customers. It's just not a pleasant experience to shop there, so will avoid this particular branch in future.

Nothing beat the services at this store because they provided the worst ever sports gears shopping experience in my life. I would have bought one more pair if they had provided decent services. Yet, their "I don't give a damn" attitude just make me want to leave the store after I got the right pair for my son. I would not go there again, though there is a wide range of products.

Very clean and tidy shop in loads of members of staff to help you if you need some stuff up stairs that there's there's a staircase that goes up stairs and it's all lovely tidy and clean

I wanted to switch some football boots because they were the wrong size. I wasn't allowed to because I didn't keep the box, even though they were intact and I had the receipt. I wanted to switch size. They could have kept the box of the other pair. It's literally just a label saying the size that they can print again. Never going to SD again, I'm not up for these petty rules. Also, don't bother calling them because they don't pick up phone calls.
