I was able to go to Bicester Spec Savers today as I wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 1 offer on spectacles. My husband never had the original eye test done there but we were not judged for taking along our prescription and seeing if there could be a saving done.A lovely lady called Isabelle was courteous and so accommodating with our request and guided us with valuable information which was previously given and misunderstood (from another well know opticians) - I was impressed with Isabelle?s mannerism and her customer service skills - she is an asset to Specsavers.

They lost my glasses.Only informed me when I called to chase up.Wildly unprofessional.They did refund me the cost so I guess all I have really lost is time and the ability to see without headaches.

Fantastic and attentive team. Never too long a wait while going into the shop. The building itself is a great size so you have the ability to look around at frames without ever feeling underfoot.

Not sure where to start to be honest! Came here today and it was a shambles. The guy who booked myself and my son in got my sons details completely wrong. Clearly not very good at listening nor spelling. I didn't realise his mistakes until I was called in the room. (The guy who orginally took my details didn't ask me to check it). The other guy corrected our details but kept apologising constantly which was uncesserary. I started to feel awkward as he kept apologising for his colleagues mistakes. We all make mistakes so I said it was fine..My son and I were booked in together however, none of the staff were aware of this so they were very disorganised with our appointments. I was then called into different room after with my son by the optician but then heard someone else from outside the room call my sons name.. I then told the optician that that's for my son. She asked if he can go in by himself...he's 4 years old...so obviously not!I felt that some of the tests were not suitable for 4 year old they were bit difficult for his age.When we finished our appointments they said to me I will get your prescription changed for my glasses. I already said I didn't have my glasses on me and I didn't want them changed. And I actually didn't need prescription in my glasses as there's been no change in my eyes!Overall experience was nightmare to be honest. The staff are not very bright and not good at listening at all and also extremely disorganised.I also find it frustrating that you have to see 4 or in my case 5 different people! It's ridiculous. Would never go back.

Very happy with the help I received from your staff ,from booking appointment to eye test,luckily there was no change to my prescription but all the staff were very efficient towards me,I would recommend Specsavers!
