I know it's for Charity but some of the prices are ridiculous, not everything is antique just because it's old. Some items haven't even been cleaned before resale.

Very racist, the thin woman with glasses and another one, I think she's the manager. The only really nice person is Charlie!

Three times I have arrived to donate goods, unloaded the car and walked into the store to be told that they are not excepting goods. Try putting the sign outside your store Instead of inside.

Having rung to check that they were accepting donations and told a positive yes, on arrival were met by a very negative woman who only let us leave a small amount and giving the impression that we were a nuisance. I wouldn't donate to them again plenty of other worthy charities.

Pop in most weeks to look around, donated in the past.
Unfortunately my last visit I was abused by a scruffy looking elderly lady staff member when I didn?t have small change.
Was very rude , infact horrible. Attitude and comments made towards me were totally inappropriate.
Why? In a charitable organisation like sobell house , raising money for such a worthwhile cause does anyone adopt this attitude.
I actually think she said she was the manager, I hope someone has a word with this nasty lady. What really suprise me is the prices also, considering items are donated , I can see things slowing down once the boot sales start up again.
