I Arrived here needing a toilet at 9:00pm the door was locked Employee refused to get what i asked for as the door was locked rude customer service considering changing my fuel card provider to bp after this i have 9 vans that use the fuel card spending 800 pound a week on fuel not the first shell that this has happened

Not open 24hrs, turned away at 22.14 so couldn't use the toilet. Will find a different EV charger next time.

Pathetic Customer Service. I filled my tank around 9:30PM and i paid online in App of Shell. I wanted to use toilet as it was mentioned Toilet Available. Door was locked and staff said go to next junction. You should have post timings for toilet. Wasted time better to stop and refill at next junction

Great place for charging your EV. It?s just a shame that the gentleman working here is incredibly rude. I haven?t been spoken to like that in a long time

Weirdly seems to be loads of people saying the staff don't speak English. The staff when I was in there definitely spoke English. I assume that's just a way of other reviewers being racist ?

Asked for an egg and bacon sandwich, Pepsi cherry max and cheese and onion walkers.
Come with a BLT salt and vinegar discos and a cherry coke.

Planned a stop to charge here as it says up to 175kw. Only achieved 52kw and l was the only one there. We were here at around 5am. It?s very easy to miss the entrance. We did and had to do a 4 mile detour to get back.
My young daughter had a heavy nosebleed while we were there. We walked to the Shell garage to use the toilet to wash her face and hands of blood. The male employee just glanced at us and shook his head before turning away and walking off. I was really shocked and how impolite and uncaring he was. I understand night closures and paying via the window but sometimes considering exceptions is important.
We won?t use this charge stop again.

The entrance and parking lot are one big failure - one hole after another. Free WiFi is a plus, service ok. Toilets quite clean.

Avoid! The worst customer service. After refuelling have to wait until someone employed there finish wiping and cleaning the floor and then they will come and serve you. Always half an hour time wasted. Not to mention no English speaking people there,they do not understand a single word.Been approached by other customers many times and they always complain to me as well about zero communication and bad service

Strange how these so called services water taps are always broken during winter but there's always lots of screenwash.But try buying 20 litres for a truck.These people are causing danger to road conditions in the name of greed.They lack the understanding what roadside services were originally and are actually for which is maintenance of vehicles especially in the winter.
