I just had a very bad experience and a bit scary to be honest. I went to pay for the fuel inside the store with my husband and when I tried to pay with the Apple Pay the payment didn?t go through (something that never happened before with this card) so the cashier told me: you need to have the physical card cause this not always work. I replied: it always works with this card. He replied back very rudely: no, that not always works that why you need to have the card. My husband then paid with his phone and the payment went through, then he gave us the receipt, and when we were about to leave my husband told him: next time you don?t have to be that rude. He then started arguing with us and came in our direction as we were leaving the store. When we came in the car we saw him running to our direction and we were so scared that we had to quickly leave the fuel station cause he was coming angry after us.

Me with my 4 friends just went there to buy some drinks... Two of us were standing in the que she rudely behave with one of us to move away! Then I clearly asked the old lady for 2 lucozade and 3 monster energy drink... Then she brought 2 lucozade and 2 monster... Then after that I told her that I asked for 3 and then she again behaved rudely with me and tell me to go away! Really really disappointing!

I was there there was a lady with white hair at night she was too rode with me i ask for three drink sha gave two.she said i told two whatever she was telling me she don't sell to me how rode was that. And she don't let me take anything! She was pure resist

Advertised as an Amazon drop off point. Unfortunately the staff member on duty refused to accept a parcel at 6:30 pm saying that they don't accept after 5pm. Nothing about this on the Amazon site where they are listed. Staff member did not look overworked and there were no other customers. Thanks for the wasted journey. If Shell read this, please note I have a She'll card, but I'll avoid your premises in future.

Very roude costumer service, came today about 5 Am to buy an redbull and 2 bottles of sparkling water, I clearly said can I have 1 large redbull and 2 bottles of sparkling water. The cashier come back with 1 bottle of sparkling water and 1 redbull when I told her that I?ve asked for 2 bottles of sparkling water her answer was? I am not her to do gymastic? then she did say that I?m abusing her and she is refusing me in servise. Abusing with what??? Of the thing that I wanted 2 bottles of sparkling water? Then she did say? don?t speak with me with accent where are you from Romania ?what have this to do with my water and redbull??? A very rude old lady I dont think that this kind of person should work in costumer service. And when I?ve told her that I will make a complain regarding her attitude and her costumer service she told me I don?t care you can complain to the God.

I know shell doors close around this time & only take customers through the side window..
Knowing this I came to the window with a google imagine if the item I wanted to buy knowing it would be easier for the cashier to get for me.
Once I showed him he still went and got the wrong one, so I told him he had get the wrong one so I showed him the image again & when he came back with the right one he then said to me in a very rude way I should?ve told him the colour of the drink I wanted.
Bearing in mind there are about 5 drinks that are the colour orange so obviously me showing him the item online the picture of the item I wanted wasn?t easy enough for him to understand?
(He was obviously annoyed he got me the wrong drink & had to get back to get me the right one)
After telling me in a rude manner I should have described the colour of it instead I told him to watch his tone as he came off very rude & aggressive
THEN the horrible elderly lady interrupted & started slamming the window shutter about towards me telling me to leave.
I?m honestly shocked this disgusting lady is still working here after the many complaints I have seen on Facebook about her.
This needs sorting out and I will be making a complaint so this is felt with correctly as this is not acceptable & is not upholding a professional man or when dealing with paying customers.
Especially a customer that is coming to this show 365 days a year.

This isn't an amazon drop-off location.
I went in on the morning of the 14th October 2024 to drop off an amazon parcel for return. I had selected it on the app.
I went to the counter, and the employee rudely said Parcels can't be dropped off here, only envelopes. I asked him to check as it says on the app I can but he initially refused to even look at what it said on the app. Eventually, he said to ring Amazon as it's not his problem.
I requested he could also raise with his manager to get it sorted on the shell app as it's also on Shell as they have obviously set up a contract with Amazon and need to remove the particular location as an option, so it doesn't continue to mislead people.
He wasn't interested. I asked to speak to his manager and he just said he isn't in yet and told me to come back later.
Incredibly rude man who couldn't care less about trying to help.

Despite negative reviews of the shell garage, we can only give a a glowing report of this establishment.
Gokul was a very friendly and helpful server, who was easy on the eyes too. We asked for 2 pots noodles (curry and bombay flavours), 2 bevages (Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort), which Gokul (G) retrieved in record time. We decided to get more refreshments, which G fetched right away, without complaint.
We read reviews about a certain lady of the night, Stephanie, who's customer service is less than par... G assured us she only works weekdays, would of liked to of met her. 4/5 for this reason.

The old european lady who works nights here appears to need serious psychiatric help. Stopped here to get beers at around 11pm aswell as a few other bits. She grabbed everything I needed, when one of my mates shouted over to grab another pack of coronas. I apologies and asked if she could go and grab another pack, to which she refused. This idiot then continues to start raising her voice and shouting at me, claiming I am a drunk (was literally before i started drinking as I was driving) and swearing at me etc etc. Out of completely nowhere whilst I am trying to calm her a down and get my beers, she starts screaming at me to ?take my hand out my pocket? because she thinks i?m about to pull a weapon out or something. It was cold you ugly beast of a woman. Eventually i just left because i got tired of wasting my breath on this absolute waste of life.

Terrible place to stop for fuelling?..Beware of the employee Mr. PRABHA who refused to give us coins for using one of the air/vacccum facilities on site when he did give coins in return to the lady right in front of me. Upon confronting this behaviour he changed his reasoning three times from no change, to facility not belonging to shell, to change only for customers . When I told him I am a shell customer and showed him my membership card as well he said ?Go ahead and complain ?I don?t care?.they won?t do anything?.I am appalled at this behaviour from a customer service agent ?This puny person with a small desk in front of him thinks he is soo powerful that despite complaining nothings gonna happen to him?..SHAME on Shell for not taking any action on such staff despite several complaints throughout these years .Absolutely rude and unfriendly behaviour?That?s it from me and this fuel station .Till this employee is SACKED I will not be visiting any Shell stations anymore.# Shell No More

The old guy in the till always rude and unfriendly yesterday morning(21.11.23) i went there and had a costa coffe and i asked for sugar as it was not there in the machine ( I always prefer brown sugar instead sugar syrup) he said me that we have only sugar syrup in the machine and if you want you can go to another shop. So I left the coffee there. Very bad experience.
