Free 2 hrs parking, not all travelators are currently working and only one lift is in use. Remember to keep your receipt handy to scan yourself out when using self-service.

Shops big and nice but the toilets are awful, men?s your walking in others urine, both cubicles you can?t lock! It stinks fishy. Surprised as Sainsbury?s can afford to sort this but it?s been like this for years now

The staff are lovely, but don't pop in when your in a hurry. I think my basket for self checkout is checked 50% of the time, despite NEVER finding an error in my scanning. Tired of it, so do most of my shopping now in Tesco, and only use Sainsbury's to buy marked down items. Never get money off coupons, and I am a big believer in good customer service, which this isn't.

Sainsbury is one of the few completely functional supermarkets. It's food Hall is well stacked with fresh items. I have always found what I am looking for. Very clean and exceptionally managed. Staff is super cooperative, polite and forthcoming. I've always enjoyed going to Sainsbury.

I have to give so much credit to Mirza, one of the security staff at Sainsbury?s. There was a case of mistaken identity and an accusation made against me. I challenged it with the Head Office and received an apology and a voucher. But I was concerned that I might still be a suspect in the store so was anxious about returning.
The first time I went back I saw Mirza and Thai gentleman was utterly sincere in his apology. He explained what had happened and any concerns that I might have had disappeared. Since then Mirza and I often spend a few minutes chatting and he is a true gentleman. I also have to give a big shout out to Laura at the kiosk and Ciona - the queen of yellow labels. The welcome I receive every time I visit makes me feel valued as a person and not merely another transaction. Well done team.

It's a Sainsbury's, you know what to expect, down sides the car park has some quite violent pot holes on the top floor and there is usually at least one escalator not working
