I placed an order three months ago in one of the local Reiss store for a coat which they didn?t have in my size, I was told I could collect this within 5 days from a local next store, I paid for the coat and then didn?t hear anything for weeks. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but each time I received vague responses that didn?t provide any real answers. Finally someone at Reiss customer services located a coat in my size at the Bicester Reiss store, and I was told if I email a Mr Merson (who I believe is the manager there) he would send this coat out to me first thing. I emailed my receipt, address and didn?t hear anything back for 2 days, I then receive an email from Reiss saying the order is cancelled and I need to visit the store I purchased the coat from for a refund!!
I am utterly frustrated after waiting this long and being told by customer services it should be with you soon, only then to receive an email saying your order had been cancelled, and that I have to drive an hour away to the store I purchased the coat from for a refund! This not only has wasted my time, but the level of service is very poor to say the least and unacceptable!
I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Reiss twice. If you value timely deliveries and good customer service, look elsewhere, just check their trustpilot reviews, others have experienced the same thing.

Fantastic Service from Ben! Found a beautiful blazer on Monday which needed to be tailored before Friday, he arranged a tailor who came on site and measured me up and Ben had the blazer delivered to me on Thursday before he promised. Much appreciated thanks a lot

The staff here are excellent. Helpful pleasant and the right amount of attentiveness. Found a stunning dress as a gift. My first shop I will call the next time I'm in Bicester will be this one.
Particularly the woman working the late shift yesterday, 10/10 service.

Visited today with my husband and baby in the pushchair. Im nervous to go in stores with the baby and some don?t have much room for the pushchair. We couldn?t have been made to feel more welcome at Reiss. The female sales assistant on the front was so friendly and helpful and the lady on the fitting room was the same. She helped me fasten a dress & gave me a pair of shoes to try on with it. Told me the options to order it in etc.Keep up the good work ladies and thanks for a lovely shopping experience.
