We ordered take out and the food was late and cold. The driver waited for 40 minutes at the restaurant and my husband got food poisoning after he ate what he ordered.

Myself, my son and my Niece enjoyed our afternoon at Prezzo, with fabulous service and beautiful food. The whole experience was delightful and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would like to say a big thanks to Libby our server at the Bicester Prezzo, her kind and caring nature really made the time spend there just perfect.

It was our first and last time in a Prezzo restaurant, we went on Valentine's night we had a reservation, we took hours in line until we could sit down and when this happened we had no service even for a drink. We spent 45 minutes just waiting for someone to notice us there and guess... We left without any service.
