Food and drink was pleasant however found the lady who served us to be rude and unhelpful - the drink that we ordered was no longer available despite being advertised - just told ?we don?t do it anymore? and the second one wasn?t as we wanted and were told, with a smirk ?well you didn?t say? - we ordered exactly as written on the board. The man who cleared the tables was very nice and friendly.

While the service is good for a very busy shop, in our (Wife and I) experience, the tea/coffee we drank was possibly the worst we have ever tasted.
Won't be going again.

I recently visited Pret A Manger in Bicester Village and had a mixed experience. I ordered a latte and the falafel hummus salad. While neither was bad, they didn?t quite live up to the usual Pret standard. The latte was decent, and the falafel hummus salad was okay, but I expected more flavor and freshness.
That being said, the atmosphere was fantastic! It?s a lively and vibrant spot, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax. The service was impressively quick, which was a bonus. Overall, while the food wasn?t spectacular, the energetic vibe and efficient service made the experience worthwhile.
I?d still come back for the atmosphere and convenience, but might try something else on the menu next time!

Well where do I start my friend and I had a normal tra bag in water with a dash of milk and a regular coffee and to eat 2 pigs in blanket rolls with 3 tiny sausage in and some sweet onion chutney or something they were luje warm at best and totally disgusting.
The total charge for this was an extortionate £20 ???????

So expensive and staff member when i said this is very expensive turned around and said ?you have come to Bicester to spend money?- what on earth has that got to do with the price of fish? The food was crap, the prices bloody well diabolical, staff rude. I am writing this review as i sit here.

It's OK. Don't understand why there is a need to charge so much for a coffee and a cake. Just because of its location. Price put me of coming in again

Excellent macchiato and customer service. Alas in my opinion the layout of this super-sized branch is lacking atmosphere due to it's open plan layout.
5 stars for the coffee and customer service, 1 star for the atmosphere.

Just visited pret a manger at Bicester village my grand daughter had a ham and cheese sandwich the bread was so stale checked the best before date which was 2day but what a waste of money as most of it apart from filling went in the bin.
