Terrible security. I came to bicester at Jan 19 and Prada was my last stop. I was holding a cup of hot chocolate and the security did not allow me in. I can totally understand over here and I saw there is a something like trash can behind him, so I asked can I leave it on the trash can. He never let me finish my words for three times but keep saying "Coffee is not allowed..." And after three times he said "go outside". Everything happened in 5 secs and it ruined my whole day. So rediculous that he uses 5 secs to make me heart broken. He refused to communicate and never listen to any of my word. I was discriminated and humiliated for my first trip in bicester. Terrible memory from Prada, feel very upset and offensive.

I am a lover of Prada, Chanel and Gucci and love Bicester Villaeg savign me a trip from going to large shoppign centre of town. Plenty of parking and several eateries at Bicester Village makes it a nice destination. Prada is more north than central of village and I must say on occasion I do see people queueing to get in, maybe they only have that day to visit?I had an issue with a bag i bought some time ago, i contacted their customer service department with photographs and was aksed to either send or bring back to store where it was purchased. This time it was at this store. On visiting to drop off the bag in question, I found a few of the staff members english wasn't very good, however when I met with Jackylou, the sevrice was outstanding. I was listened to, given a receipt for my bag, kept informed of the repair and the bag was ready for collection in a timely manner. Jackylou looked after me very well, excellent service, cannot wait to visit again, thank you!

Worst experience ever! I asked them to repair my sunglasses, after almost 2 month, they didnt even contacted me that they were ready to grab, but fixed them wrongly. I asked for refund. They said no! Ok, in order just to take my old sunglasses with me I asked for dust bag , even that they wasn?t been able to provide???????

Came to this store today. My friend tried to purchase something and they said there is something wrong with his email address, they rudely refused to serve him and said they wouldn?t serve anyone who was with him. So we couldn?t purchase the goods on his behalf. This was an embarrassing and diminishing experience and I can confirm I won?t be returning.

Good brand but very rude and unfriendly promoter & security member. End up not buying anything there. Should put a sign no kids allow to enter because the security guys treat kids like a criminal person. I have went to other Prada outlet before like in Ireland and they are very friendly and understand their job

One of the worst ever experience in Prada Bicester village. I visited them today Saturday 17 June 23, and bought the sun glasses. I feel I have been treated so unfairly and unjustified. The words used by the representative was so unfair and offensive way of languageI will never ever step in Prada for the rest of my life... Heart broken and would spread this over in my circle

Customer service from sales assistant was lovely - it was just a pity about the intimidating and rude security team member named Adrian. He wouldn?t allow me to put down our well behaved dog on the floor, while I tried on some shoes. We had three pairs of shoes to buy but ended up walking out and going elsewhere.
